About The Discovery Center of Macomb Michigan
The Discovery Center is an immersive STEAM host site located in historic downtown Mount Clemens providing educational badgecamp workshops for children and teens, free public events year-round, and community leadership opportunities for companies and organizations across southeast Michigan.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe that children and teens need greater access, exposure, and engagement to a diverse variety of STEAM-based experiences that empower them to dream big, think differently and reach for the stars as they journey into adulthood.
WHO WE ARE
The Discovery Center of Macomb is an immersive STEAM-based hostsite and collaborative hub located in downtown Mount Clemens, Macomb county. The Center provides educational youth badgecamp programs, special downtown events, workforce development opportunities for teens, and community collaborations for strengthening southeast Michigan.

We envision a place where the youth of all backgrounds come to explore a variety of experiences, vocational careers, and educational topics from around the world to expand their horizons, and shatter their boundaries.

This vision drives our mission to provide world-class programs, family-friendly events, and community collaborations that educate, inspire and nurture students right here in Macomb County, Southeast Michigan.
